The topics of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and the Metaverse have been headline grabbers for some time even if the tech is not new whatsoever. The technology has a long way to go, but it is definitely on that journey. My experience with the Quest Pro is that it is great for games, but even better for productivity. I think that the apps are still in their infancy, but if you look at Immersed app, it is a productivity booster. For the days when I work at home, I am totally immersed, with five monitors, two of which are virtual - all neatly arranged. I can also have whiteboards and other tools. I can record sessions. But having the monitors lined up so well is awesome. I can also join Zoom meetings with my avatar, which is sort of cool. Much more to come in the future for sure for this tech.
