From 2009 to 2011, Bijan worked as an Engineering Manager at HSBC Private Bank USA, Inc. In this role, he oversaw the development of components, software, and architecture for account and customer management. He successfully conceptualized and implemented a global eCRM solution that consolidated client onboarding, performed KYC monitoring, and ensured regulatory compliance.
